Degree Audit (Degree Works)

Degree Works (DW) is a web based degree auditing tool available to all VSB students via their myNOVA portal. It offers the ability to track a student’s academic progress toward the completion of his/her degree. When a DW audit is run, it automatically takes a student’s current aca­demic information and compares it to the requirements for the student’s degree, and outlines the remaining required courses. There is a “What-If” function in DW that can check a student’s academic record against the requirements for a new major and indicate the remaining required courses.
