Advanced Contracts Seminar

This seminar introduces law students to advanced topics in contract theory. It is divided into three parts that are aimed to provide the student with a rich and comprehensive set of tools, useful for both the transaction and litigation lawyer as well as to aspiring scholars. The first part is an introduction to the main theories of contract law, the second is an exploration of the principles of contract design and contract drafting, and the third is an investigation of the enforcement of contracts, an issue that bears on both contract theory and the design of contracts. The seminar will also emphasize the development of research and writing skills and students will have the opportunity to engage with a research topic of their own choosing. **Exam Info:** No Exam
